Loyalty programs reward your best members and incentivise the behaviour you want — more visits, more referrals, more engagement.

Simple structure

  • Attendance milestones: 25th class = free class. 50th = free merch. 100th = free month. 200th = lifetime badge in the app.
  • Referral rewards: each successful referral = free class for both parties.
  • Challenge completion: finishing a challenge = loyalty points or perks.

Keep it simple

Complex point systems confuse members. Clear milestones ("10 more classes until your free month") are easy to understand and motivating.
