How to Sell Class Packs Online: Setup, Pricing & Conversion Tips

How to sell class packs online for your fitness studio. Pricing strategies, landing pages, Instagram funnels, and the tech you need.

By Koryn Barrett— Founder & Marketing Director, Kollabo

Class packs are the revenue backbone of most boutique studios. But too many studios still sell them only at the front desk. Here is how to set up online pack sales that run 24/7.

1. Set up your pricing ladder

Offer 3 options: small (5 classes), medium (10 classes), and large (20 classes). Price the medium to be the obvious best value — this is where most buyers land. Example: 5 for $140 ($28/class), 10 for $250 ($25/class), 20 for $440 ($22/class).

2. Create an intro pack

A separate intro pack (3 classes for $49) targets new members. Set it as a one-time purchase — existing members cannot rebuy it. This is your loss leader for acquisition.

3. Make it buyable from Instagram

Your Instagram bio link should go to your booking app or a landing page with a "Buy a pack" button. Not your website homepage. Not a Linktree. Direct path to purchase.

4. Auto-track usage and expiry

Your software needs to deduct credits automatically when members book, show remaining credits in their profile, and send a reminder when they have 1–2 classes left. KOLLABO OS does all of this.

5. Prompt renewal

When a pack expires or runs out, trigger an automated message: "Your 10-class pack is done! Renew now and your next class is on us." A small incentive at renewal drives significantly higher rebuy rates.

KOLLABO OS handles pack creation, online sales, usage tracking, expiry, and renewal prompts — with zero transaction markup on every sale. Set it up
