How to Create an Online Booking Page for Your Studio

Step-by-step guide to setting up online booking for your fitness studio or salon. Software, setup, Instagram integration, and best practices.

By Koryn Barrett— Founder & Marketing Director, Kollabo

If your members still book by calling, texting, or DMing you — you are losing bookings. An online booking page converts 24/7, even while you sleep. Here is how to set one up properly.

1. Choose integrated software

Do not use a standalone booking form (Calendly, Acuity) if you also need POS, memberships, and a member app. Use an integrated platform that handles booking, payments, and member management in one place.

2. Set up your schedule

Add all your classes and appointment types. Set capacity limits, instructor assignments, and pricing. For each service, write a one-line description that sells the experience.

3. Connect payments

Connect Stripe so members can pay when they book. This eliminates no-shows (paid bookings have 90%+ attendance) and removes the front-desk payment bottleneck.

4. Get your booking link

Your booking page URL should be clean and memorable. With KOLLABO OS, your branded app IS your booking page — members download it and book directly.

5. Put it everywhere

  • Instagram bio (this is #1)
  • Google Business Profile
  • Your website
  • Facebook page
  • Email signature
  • Physical signage in the studio (QR code to download the app)

6. Test the flow

Book a class as if you are a new member. How many taps does it take? If it is more than 4, simplify. Every extra step loses 10–20% of potential bookings.

KOLLABO OS sets up in 10 minutes. Your booking app is live the same day. Start now
