Check-in options
- Staff tap check-in — the front desk taps the member's name on the class roster. Simple, personal, and fast.
- Barcode scan — members show a barcode from their app. The front desk scans it. No searching for names.
- Self-service kiosk — a tablet at the door. Members scan their barcode or enter their name. Good for high-volume studios.

- Attendance patterns (who comes, when, how often)
- No-shows and late cancellations
- First-time visitors (trigger a welcome message)

KOLLABO OS check-in
